Follow your referrals in the Partner Portal
Open your private Partner Portal link, see where each lead you referred stands, and check your clients and commissions.
You’ll need: A Partner Portal link from the Tayon team.
The Partner Portal is your own page where you follow every lead you sent Tayon, from first contact to commission. You do not need a Tayon account to use it, and there is no password.
#Open your portal
The Tayon team sends you a private link when they set you up as a partner. Open it in any browser, on your computer or your phone, and bookmark it. The link does not expire.
The portal appears in the language of your partner account (English, Portuguese or Spanish).
#The top of the page
- Your level and points — your Points, the points earned This month, and your total Referrals. See Points, levels and the leaderboard.
- Your links — your referral form and Your partner link, each with Copy and WhatsApp buttons. See Refer clients and earn. If it reads Your links will appear here soon., the team has not finished setting you up.
Below that are four tabs: Referrals, Clients & commissions, Payouts and Ranking & badges.
#Track your referrals
The Referrals tab lists every lead you referred, newest first, with the date you referred them and their current status.
- Choose a status chip above the list to show only those leads. Choose it again to show all.
- Choose a lead to open it. You see how long it has had its status — for example Meeting since Oct 14, 2026 — and any Updates from the Tayon team.
- Choose Show more at the bottom to load older referrals.
A speech-bubble count next to a lead’s name means the team has posted updates on it.
#What each status means
| Status | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Received | Tayon has the lead and will be in touch |
| In contact | The team is talking to them |
| Meeting | A meeting has been booked or held |
| Proposal | They have received a proposal |
| Client | They bought |
| On hold | Paused for now — for example, they asked to talk again later |
| Cancelled | They decided not to go ahead, or cancelled after signing up |
Cancelled used to be called Not now. Leads you saw as Not now before now show as Cancelled.
A lead’s progress never goes backwards on your page. If a lead reached Meeting and is later put On hold, the points you earned for the meeting stay with you.
#Check your clients and commissions
The Clients & commissions tab has two parts.
Commissions — one panel per currency you earn in (USD, BRL, or both):

Clients who signed up through you — each client’s Name, the date they became a client (Since), their Plan and a Status of Active, Inactive or Free. You earn on payments from active, paying clients.
To withdraw what is available, open the Payouts tab — see Withdraw your commissions.
#If something looks wrong
- A lead you referred is missing. Leads from the form usually appear within a minute. If one does not, check that you sent the form link from your portal, with your code on it. A lead someone else referred first stays with them.
- The link opens a “page not found” error. It was replaced or revoked. Ask the Tayon team for your current link.
- A client is missing from Clients & commissions. A client appears once their Tayon account exists and is linked to you — usually after they sign up through the checkout link the team sends them.
